2025 Tackle Football, Flag Football and Cheer Season Registration

IMPORTANT DATES:
July 28: All tackle football players report for heat acclimation camp
August 4: Flag and Cheer players report for practice
September 7: First regular season games
November 1: IYFL Playoffs begins (Varsity teams)
November 15: IYFL Championship Games (Varsity teams)
November 29: IYFL All-Star Games
Registration Process
Registration is managed through TeamSnap and follows a first-come, first-served approach. Jersey numbers will be allocated according to the order of registration. Each team has a specific maximum capacity and will close once that limit is reached. Some teams may choose to reopen the wait list if they decide to form an additional team.
Annual Paperwork Requirements: Must be submitted in order to pick up equipment!

- Physical Form (We can accept a medical report from Nov 30, 2024 to present for the 2025 season)
- Medical Treatment, Consent and Information Form
**For any new players: an ORIGINAL proof of identity must be shown AND a COPY to leave behind to keep on record. Acceptable Forms of Proof of Identity (NEED ONE):
- Birth Certificate
- Passport
- State ID (age 10 or older)

Registration opens June 1st
Heat Acclimation Camp:
Tackle players must attend a heat acclimation camp in their first week to adjust to high heat and humidity.
A typical schedule will look like:
Days 1-3: shorts, Tshirt, cleats, mouthpiece
Day 4: shorts, Tshirt, helmet, cleats mouthpiece
Day 5: shorts, Tshirt, helmet, cleats mouthpiece, shoulder pads
Week 2: full pads

Equipment Rental:
Equipment pick-up dates will be released soon, please be sure to bring:
- Your player(s)
- A check for deposit (this will be returned to you once you have returned your equipment at the close of the season)
- Equipment form filled out and signed
Tackle Football Deposit:
$200 helmet & shoulders pads
$100 shoulder pads
*This check is to secure the equipment listed and returned to you when you return your equipment at the close of the season.
